Refund & Return Policy
Hassan’s Case Lab offers a 5-day return period from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Hassan’s Case Lab will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to the customer selecting the wrong model, colour, or changing their mind, the return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect
